Grace defining cakes

These cakes remind me of delicate rolls of fabric you might find in a small Parisian boutique. Each one is so simple yet so gorgeous. The pastry chef is a former ballerina, obviously her skill of grace translated quite well. Unfortunately for anyone living outside of DC, these cakes are off limits. But worth the inspiring images to maybe take with you to your local pastry shop. Whoever said wedding cakes had to be giant in size or have 5 tiers or crazy embelishments. Think simple.
