Macaroons & Magic found in the heart of Hollywood

Macaroons + good design = extraordinary visual pleasantries.
I recently discovered Botega Louie while visiting my mom in LA.
Love the European inspired case work & the white walls. No art in the whole place. Just tons of white space.
Mini macaroons on top of the gold sleeved, colored crystal sprinkled gourmet cupcakes.
There is a whole gourmet to go station with wine, cheese & pre packaged gourmet salads.

Lace, layers and textured wedding gowns

These gorgeous wedding gowns were posted at The Wedding Chicks. The layering, texture and lace is stunning. The above photo with the girl in the mirror is an Oscare De La Renta gown. There is something so elegant and romantic about a flowing wedding dress. Bring on the hoop skirts. I hope to see more like them in 2010.
